Carriage House stay subject to availability, excluding holiday weekends and excluding July and August. Open year round. Additional nights can be purchased for a discounted rate. Hy-Line Cruises - Ferry pass is on a space-available basis; reservations not accepted with pass. Not valid for high-speed ferry; standard passage only. May be used once during the 2011 operating season. Ferry operates May through October.
Bidders note - Auction items are only tax deductible for the amount paid greater than the fair market value.
