The Golf Assessment Program at MetroWest Medical Center is available to meet all of your in and off-season golf fitness needs. Executing an efficient golf swing requires proper strength, flexibility and balance, and the goal of this program is to identify and address any physical limitations that may inhibit your ability to effectively swing the club.
