Enjoy the evening with your friends tasting four celestial wines, selected and donated by The Wine Loft, in Carlsbad. The tasting will be under the expert guidance of a Wine Loft sommelier. Not just a food pairing, but a culinary indulgence specially prepared for each wine by Chef Pascal Vignau of Savory Casual Fare Restaurant will further tantalize your palette to enhance the tasting. And as if that is isn't enough.... Chef Vignau's amazing Boeuf Bourguignon and oven roasted root vegetables will be served for your dining pleasure! A delicious sweet finish to the meal is a sheet cake courtesy of Isabelle Briens French Pastry Café and cheesecake for 20 by our own 8th grader, Sophie Kaihatu, aka CAKEgirl! To set the mood for the evening, a local favorite Jazz trio, The Musik Makers, will provide live entertainment! Need a home spruce up to host the event? An interior decorator/arranger will come to your home to take away your worry. For ease of serving and wine tasting for a party of twenty, included are 20 specialty wine glasses, wine plates, wine charms and candles!
