With this gift certificate, you will be entitled to a series of 5 1-hour sessions of yoga in your home with experienced yoga instructor, Tonna Reinhold. Improve core strength, enhance flexibility, achieve better balance and feel more relaxed. You can choose to have five private one-hour sessions, or you can invite up to four people to attend each session with you. Tonna currently teaches yoga and pilates at various health clubs throughout the city. She also teaches yoga and pilates and provides personal training sessions to private clients in their homes.
