Robert Raikes is one of the United States’ most accomplished wood carvers and furniture makers.  He hand carves each new doll and commissions three seamstresses to sew their intricate outfits.  The prototype dolls are then manufactured in China, in limited quantities and under stringent quality control.

Heather is dressed in a plaid skirt, white blouse, satiny green vest, and a cute red hat.  Her fur is a tan color, and she is designed especially for a new event- "Teddy Bear Tea."
