Special Instructions
Total treatment includes a preliminary exam, impressions, models, trays, bleach solutions, instructions, and follow-up.
You must provide a current (three years old or less) FULL mouth set of x-rays. If you are already a patient of Dr. Dunsworth, your x-rays will be current. If you do not have current x-rays, Dr. Dunsworth will take them at his regular fee of $105, which you can then use with your regular dentist.
Best teeth cleaning results are achieved after a dental cleaning.
