Turning his head away from the bitter cold, this little chap is bundled up with his hands tucked tightly in his pockets fighting off the chills from the "March Winds."  Standing at approximately 5.5", this figurine is circa 1950 - 1955 and is believed to be part of the Trademark 2 collection.  It is in good condition with no visible cracking or crazing.
