One month of Martial Arts for beginner 6 to 12 years.

In our Freestyle classes kids learn punching & Kicking as well as grappling. Additionally kids practice discipline, manners, respect, concentration and self-defense while enjoying fun, goal oriented exercise. Classes meet 2 -3 times a week.
