This is a beautiful home in the village of Youngstown, NY, 20 minutes north of Niagara Falls.  The home has all the amenities for living plus its own ice cream parlor!  Children are very welcome.  The home is located 2 blocks from the Niagara River and 4 blocks from Old Ford Niagara State Park.  The park is on Lake Ontario, has 3 swimming pools, a Fort established in 1679 that hosts reenactments of historical battles, and a view of spectacular sunsets over the lake.

This vacation is available year-round; however, many of the Niagara Falls attractions are open when the ice melts, usually in April, through mid-October.
