The Chef de Cuisine, Todd Barrie, formerly of Joe’s Restaurant in Venice, has designed a wine-compatible, Mediterranean-themed menu of tapas or “small plates", which he enhances by presenting other creative dishes, highlighted by seasonal ingredients. A winning combination!
