Our annual ode to spring, this year's blend is sweet, aromatic and lively.

Anniversary Blend is a lively, new crop offering to suit the spring. Each year the blend is a unique combination of the season’s best and most interesting coffees. We select the finest lots, favoring coffees our customers might otherwise miss.

Burundi coffees are at their finest this time of the year, and we have a wonderful treat from this tiny, landlocked nation: a coffee redolent of Kenya’s berry perfume, but with the bold caramel texture we value in Burundi. Another East African discovery, Malawi Songwe River, adds a juicy, rich, sweet burst of berry brightness.

Complementing these East African gems is a wonderful coffee from Alotenango, a micro region within Antigua, Guatemala. Poised between three enormous volcanoes, this area is protected from the Pacific weather. It is high, dry, and perfect for growing coffee.

This coffee’s elegant acidity and exquisite texture, sweet and milk-chocolate smooth, is the perfect complement to the floral, berry and brown sugar-sweet East African characteristics of Burundi and Malawi.
