Description
Yelp Review #1: Point Richmond is the little town that time forgot. It's right off 580 (near the San Rafael bridge) yet impossible to find. Hence the name Hidden City, but definitely worth the finding. Hidden City Cafe is great, honest, vaguely California cuisine-y rib-sticking food. The place is comfy cozy and a little out of the 70s crunchy granola-ish vibe. Every time I've been there the food has been very good to great. All that said, breakfast, brunch, lunch on any day is great. The food is worth it.
Yelp Review #2: I love Hidden City Cafe's banana pancakes. They are pure deliciousness topped with strawberries, butter, and maple syrup. Warning - these are on the specials menu, so sadly they don't have them every day. The scones are also great, like they have a hidden granny somewhere making them.
Yelp Review #3: I've been going to Hidden City Cafe off and on for about 10 years and I've always found their service to be good and the food to by yummy. I'm almost always there mid-morning weekends, when it can get busy, but I've never had to wait long and my, still quite young, sons can wander around the square while we wait. The granola is wonderful, and I just generally love their food and the ambiance.
