Description
Inspired by Chateau Rayas and Chateau de Beaucastle from Chateauneuf-du-Pape in the southern Rhone Valley of France, Sierra Vista created a great Gold County Rhone Blend, pronounced "mon taan ya" It is made from Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and Cinsault. Fleur is a very versatile wine that goes well with barbequed salmon, most chicken and turkey dishes as well as with all red meats. Dark garnet in color, the aromas emerge from the glass as bright red fruits - cherry, raspberry and plum - and rose petal notes.
