On July 24, 2010, beat the heat at the wild & scenic South Yuba River just outside of Nevada City.  Picnic, swim & hike as your host, Gail Johnson Vaughan of Class X, takes you to beautiful pools with private beaches, wild flowers and incredible beauty.  Families welcome. Most trails are easy.  Terrain does includes some scrambling down at least one steep trail.
