Bid on one of seven select invitations for your soon-to-be third grader to join Annie and Haley Goldenberg and Mollie Stark at a "Percy Jackson & the Olympians:The Lightning Thief" movie and craft party at the Edgewater home of the Librarians Annie Ayers and Tom Stark. The children will be introduced to Greek mythology and Rick Riordan's popular "Percy Jackson and the Olympians" five book series,craft glitter lightning bolts, and view the just released DVD! Each child will receive paperback copies of "The Lightning Thief" by Rick Riordan and "D'Aulaires book of Greek Myths" ( a must have for every family library).

This is a drop off party, so that you can frolic and fritter away a summer Sunday afternoon while you children play with the gods! Priceless, a gift from the gods!

This invitation is only for children currently enrolled in Ms. Burress and Ms. Blackaby's second grade classrooms. The household cat will not be in attendance, but children with allergies should take precautions.
