Hey kids! Join Chef Geordan Stenson, who will be demonstrating the old world, fine artisan craft of creating pizza dough from scratch. Prepare your own dough, then Chef Geordan will teach you how to toss the dough to create the perfect pie. The students will then stroll through the farmer's market to find the proper ingredients and spices to make the perfect sauce. Chef Geordan and the students will create several different style pizzas and enjoy them at the end of the class. Each student will receive an apron and an hour and a half session. Afterwards, they can open their own pizzeria!
