David Irvin is the founder and former owner of Smiley's Studio and has been chosen by Kodak as one of the Top 25 Photographers in the USA.  Photography package includes up to a one hour sitting with David or one of his select associates and an 11 x 14 wall portrait for a family of three or more.  Sessions are held in Ft.
