Join us in a Baseball Themed Ball Drop, which will raise money for the Annisquam Village Church.

This is similar to a duck race where numbered ducks are sold and then launched down the river.  The lead duck wins the race and the person with that number wins the big prize.

Now imagine a helicopter filled with numbered balls hovering over center field at LeLacheur Park.

Following the game on September 1, a helicopter will release the balls onto the field with the closest one to the center of the target winning the grand prize.

Each ball is $10. There will be five cash prizes starting at $200, as well as other prizes donated by local businesses.

The event will be held after the September 1 game, with a rain date of September 2.
