This auction is for a 3-month Adult Physical Fitness Membership at the Memorial Hospital of Union County Health Center.

The road to good health starts at Memorial Hospital.  Mary area residents have discovered a fulfilling workout program within easy reach at Memorial's Health Center.  The Adult Fitness Program is open to the public.  It is designed to help you work toward your optimal level of physical fitness in a comfortable, safe environment through a supervised program of regular exercise.  Once you have completed an evaluation, you will begin supervised exercise sessions.  Each session includes a warm-up, exercise, and cool-down period.  Your blood pressure is measured before and after exercise and your pulse is monitored after you use each piece of equipment.   

The Health Center is filled with state-of-the-art aerobic and strength-training equipment, with membership rates considerably lower than those of the area's other gyms.  For your convenience, shower and locker room facilities are also provided.
