Tai Ji is an ancient Chinese Martial Art focusing on relaxation to generate explosive power. With the philosophy of opposites, Tai Ji developed into the basis for all martial arts as well as a key pillar for the preventive art of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
In seeking this balance that regenerates the life forces, special techniques were developed to assist those who have fallen out of balance due to pressures and stresses of life. Through meditative relaxation and physical manipulation, the body and mind are tuned for optimal performance in a loose, supple state of readiness.
Ms. Wang, also teaches at the NY Chinese Cultural Center in Manhattan.
