Description
The winner and three other friends will learn how to make Syrian meat dishes including the popular 'lahme bagene' and tehineh, stuffed artichoke, yebra (stuffed grapeleaves), and other Syrian delicacies.
Or you may choose to learn some dairy Syrian staples such as Mejedra (rice with lentils and carmelized onions), Sambousak (cheese-filled pastry), spanekh jiben (spinach-cheese frittata), and Calsonnes (buttery noodles with cheese ravioli).
