Liz Jacobs is a personal trainer who currently lives and works in the New Rochelle area.  Liz was an NCAA D1 athlete on a full athletic scholarship.  After working in France and West Africa, she relocated to Manhattan where she worked at Reebok The Sports Club/NY for several years before taking her business private.  After a decade of training private clients in their homes all over the city, but primarily on the Upper West Side, she relocated her family to New Rochelle where she currently lives and works.  Liz has worked with all types of clients from professional athletes to untrained individuals and between the ages of 10 and 85.
