Ralph's Pretty Good Dairy is actually a beef "dairy" not a milking operation.  This small-scale family business direct markets local certified organic beef.  The cattle are an Angus-Shorthorn cross, fed hay, grass and grain-finished.  Ralph's Pretty Good Dairy is located in Houston, MN.

Winner will receive a certificate for two T-bone steaks and three pounds of ground beef.  Must arrange to pick-up the beef and the farm.

Ralph also has bundles of organic beef available.  A bundle consists of: nine pounds of assorted steaks (2 T-bone, 2 Rib Steaks, 1 top sirloin and several tenderized round or sirloing tip steaks), 6 pounds of roast (2 three pound roast), and 15 pounds of ground beef in one pound tubes.  That's thirty pounds of organic beef for $150.  Contact Ralph to order yours - zerbe@acegroup.cc
