Georgia’s Farm to Market will process 1/8 of cow which is 50lbs hanging weight. The process weight is about 38 lbs. and is cut to provide roasts, T-bones, bone in rib-eyes, stew or chili meat, and extra lean ground beef which is then wrapped in butcher paper and saran wrap for packaging. All of our meat comes from cattle that receive no antibiotics or hormones and graze on grass, free of herbicides and pesticides. Due to our animals' healthy lifestyle, our GrassFed meat is naturally high in vitamin A and E nutritious and the highest known source of CLA and omega 3 (cholesterol lowering fatty acids associated with healthy brain development) than steaks from conventional grain-fed and feedlot-raised cattle. Our meat has the flavor of the best South American beef, healthy red meat, and you will be able to taste and feel difference.
