1/2 Spiral Sliced Hickory Smoked and Peppered Ham


We can guarantee that this ham will be the star of the show. Just before we hang the ham in the smokehouse we lovingly hand rub it with brown sugar and cracked black peppercorns. It is smoked for 22 hours using real hickory wood, and then spiral sliced for your convenience! A Half Ham weighs an average of 7 to 8 pounds, feeding 10 to 12. Ham leftover possibilities are endless. Don't forget to order a jar of Hogwash to go along with your ham. We hardly ever sell a ham without a jar of Hogwash.


Hogwash
This award winner is a very tasty condiment created to go especially with our hams. Made with horseradish, brown sugar, lemon juice and a few secret ingredients we had lying around, Hogwash is great served along side our ham, mixed with a little mayo on a ham sandwich or poured on a ham as a glaze when reheating. Add a little soy sauce and you have a killer dip to use with spring rolls.

Hickory Smoked Bacon and Peppered Bacon Combo
Smoked in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains, hand trimmed, lean and meaty, the Peppered Bacon has been rolled in brown sugar and hand rubbed with cracked black peppercorns. Sliced thick- but not too thick. The Hickory Smoked Bacon is the same bacon as above, without the peppery coating. This bacon has been an award winner at the Fancy Food Show in New York. Combo includes (1) 12 oz. Peppered Bacon package and (1) 12 oz. Hickory Smoked Bacon package.
