Rocky Carroll, of RJ's Boot Company, has custom made boots for 7 U.S. presidents, as well as other heads of state and celebrities. Former President George H. Bush owns 25 pairs and Former President Bill Clinton has 13 pairs. Other clients include Boris Yeltsin, Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Philip, Tony Blair, Oprah Winfrey and Elizabeth Taylor.
This certificate is good for one custom made pair of 10" tall black or brown baby calf boots. Boots are custom made.
