If you do not exceed the $5,000, you will not receive a credit for the remaining amount. If you exceed the $5,000 before the 12 months is up, you will pay the overage.

NOTE: Expires a year from the date that the service is initiated.

Restrictions and Special Instructions

This certificate is void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and municipal laws and regulations. All incidental costs and expenses not specifically referred to herein shall be the responsibility of the recipient including (but not limited to) taxes or any early termination fee or penalty incurred in connection with recipient's designation of Spark Energy as its retail electric provider. Recipient shall be entitled to receive 12 months of electricity from Spark Energy, no to exceed $5000.00 during the 12 month period ("Prize"). For purpose of this certificate, electricity shall be valued at market rate at time of consumption by recipient. The electricity may be consumed for residential use only. Any commercial or other nonresidential use is strictly prohibited. The Prize may only be redeemed for service in ERCOT territory.
