• Cleaning the tower inside and out. A clean machine is a happy machine.


• Security check and virus removal. If needed, installation of effective anti-virus software.


• Memory/hardware installation (parts NOT included but can be acquired at a reasonable cost).


• Installation of any software provided by the winning bidder.


• Assistance in backing up data.


• Installation of all updates/patches for the operating system and programs that help keep your machine safe and working well.


• Defragmentation/optimizing of the hard drive.


• Installation of numerous safe, free, and easy-to-use programs and utilities.

The winning bidder will drop the computer off on a Wednesday afternoon and pick it up, refreshed and renewed, Saturday at noon. Desktop owners need only drop off the tower.
