This gift certificate can be used toward any of Underwood Herbs products, lectures, or workshops. The proprietor, Jane Desotelle, has been collecting and lecturing on wild herbs in the Adirondacks for over 30 years.  In 2007 she won the North Country Heritage Award given by Traditional Artists of Upstate New York. She was a founding member of the Adirondack Farmers' Market Cooperative in 1990 and is now its Executive Director.

Her products include herbal teas, hand-painted teapots, essential and fragrant oils, sachets, balsam wreaths, and natural catnip.
