A phenomenal success since its founding, Amateur Night has always lured audiences with the thrilling prospect of discovering new talent. Now under the artistic leadership of new producer Marion J. Caffey, Amateur Night continues to demand and reward greatness, spurring performers to put every fiber of their being, every ounce of their emotions, into pleasing the audiences that can make them Apollo legends.  Follow the next batch of Amateur Night contenders for the 2010 season and see who has what it takes to endure the notorious Apollo audience. YOU decide who will move on the final  round of competition for 2010 to  join the host of other talents, such as Ella Fitzgerald, James Brown, the Isley Brothers, Michael Jackson, Fat Joe, Lauryn Hill, and the many others discovered on our stage! Each Amateur Night begins with a pre-show jam fest with DJ Jess who knows how to get the party started! The comedian Capone is the host of the evening, which features live music by Ray Chew and the Crew.
