Truffle-making demonstration and chocolate tasting from 'Chocolate in Chelsea'

You and up to twelve adults of your choice can come to the home of internationally recognized chocolatier, Cathy Selin, owner of Chocolate in Chelsea.  She will demonstrate her truffle-making techniques, and show you how to make your own chocolates.  The evening will end with tastings of her truly amazing chocolates!
