Eat in or take out, pizza is a delightful food. The experience is intensified a thousand fold when you make it from scratch at home. However, few of us know the secrets of making a great pie at home, the crust, the sauce, the cheese, the toppings, all must collude carefully to create the brilliant taste. Chef Robert Berkman, also known as the Manhattan Country School's math specialist, will personally come to your home, create up to 8 pies of your choosing (sorry, truffles are out of season), and present them to you for your enjoyment.
