Emily Shapiro taught at and directed the Columbus Park West Nursery School in Manhattan for 15 years. Ms. Shapiro has also taught elementary and high school students. She is a practicing psychotherapist who holds an MS in Early Childhood Education from the Bank Street College of Education.
