MCS parent and master brewer Luis Lopez invites you and four friends (total: 5 people) to learn the timeless art of beer brewing in this exclusive workshop at Luis's home. Luis writes, "I've been brewing for almost 20 years and have often shared this process in formal and informal classes."

Brewing requires two sessions of about 3 or 4 hours each: the first for the brewing, followed by a two-week interlude for fermentation, and then a second session for bottling. 

And because making it is only half the fun, you'll take home a complimentary growler (1/2 gallon) of the finished product once it's ready!
