Two (2) blocks of nine stamps each depicting Princess Di in nine different gowns. Includes Certificate of Authenticity from the International Collectors Society. These stamps were issued by Republique of Togolaise and were recognized as Official Legal Tender postage by every Postal Authority around the world. Issue PDI # 16814-15. Mint condition.
