Certificate Bearer will contact Robin Brown at George J. Carrol and Son Funeral Home (940-665-3455) to make arrangements for limo outing.   Restricted to the North Texas Area.  Dinner not included with package. 

PICK UP location will be at Muenster State Bank, 1601 W. Highway 82, Gainesville, TX, 76240; (940)665-7900 for one day only:  Wednesday, December 1, 2010 from 9a.m. to 5p.m. CST.  Please bring your invoice and identification with you.  If you are picking up items for a friend please bring their invoice with you.  All items not picked up during this time will automatically be shipped; standard shipping rates will be applied.

Upon closing of the on-line Auction on November 29, 2010, 11P.M. CST, items will be shipped out no later than Wednesday, December 1, 2010.  Standard shipping rates will be applied to your credit card.  Vouchers, certificates and tickets will be shipped via USPS.

It is the Bidder/Purchaser’s sole responsibility to: (a)  perform all inspections of the items and to be satisfied as to its description, condition and/or authenticity prior to bidding. (b)  independently verify any information they deem important including information available. (c)  All information contained in the item description and all promotional materials, including, but not limited to, photographs, dimensions, conditions, etc., was provided by or on behalf of the Seller and is believed to be correct; however, neither the Seller nor the Auction Company makes any promise, representation, guarantee, or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of such information. (d) Failure to inspect the property does not relieve bidder of responsibility for payment and removal as stated in these terms.

ALL BIDS ARE A BINDING CONTRACT.  Bidder acknowledges that once a bid is offered, the Bidder shall be bound by the bid amount. Bids cannot be withdrawn or retracted.  Verify your information entered (ie: bid amount) before submitting your bids.
