Special Instructions
In accordance with the American Society of Plastic Surgery's ethical guidelines:
-Winner must undergo a through medical evaluation by Dr Mahony before using gift certificate.
-Dr. Mahony can refuse to perform a particular procedure if she does not believe the winner is a suitable candidate for said procedure.
-Dr. Mahony will not be exposed to financial recourse if she refuses to perform a particular procedure if such procedure is deemed unsuitable for winner.
Winner will have the opportunity to refuse to receive any procedure if she is uncomfortable with Dr Mahony performing said procedure.
Office hours are Monday through Friday and are located in the Willows Medical Center on Kings HIghway North in Westport. Please call the office at 203-221-0102 to schedule your appointment.
-The Darien Chamber of Commerce will not be exposed to financial recourse if the bid winner is deemed unsuitable for the particular procedure.
