Canadian-born Glen Murray (born 1972) has made his mark on the world through his career in professional ice hockey. Raise in Nova Scotia, Murray played with the Sudbury Wolves (Ontario Hockey League) before being drafted by the National Hockey Leagues' Boston Bruins. He excelled as a right wing player for four seasons before joining the Pittsburgh Penguins, and, later, the Los Angeles Kings. While at this time Murray has not yet declared his retirement, he has not played professional hockey since late in 2008 due to a severe ankle injury.
