Twin Pine Casino & Hotel, located in Middletown, is conveniently situated at the northern gateway to the world-famous Napa Valley.   This is a new state-of-the-art facility, with a unique and delightful turn-of-the-century winery theme.

Twin Pine Casino & Hotel, surrounded by the natural beauty of northern California’s renowned wine and recreation regions, can be found one mile south of Middletown and 15 miles north of Calistoga on Highway 29.  It is owned and operated by the Middletown Rancheria of Pomo Indians of California.
