Salt Glow

Also known as Hydrofriction, a Salt Glow is a fabulous, sedating form of skin exfoliation.  The skin is our body's largest organ providing protection from outside elements, temperature regulation and sensation, among others.  A salt based scrub is applied to the body with brisk circular strokes to remove dead skin cells to exfoliate and tonify the skin.  This process also promotes blood and lymphatic circulation which leads to more nutrients and oxygen reaching the skin.  Salt Glow's have a sedating affect on the body, relaxing nerves and muscles while decreasing stress and pain.

A mini massage with hydrating lotion follows the scrubbing process or a full Swedish massage may be added at the completion of the scrub.
