Original limited edition creation by Mike Call.  Sculpture is currently being crafted and casted.  This piece will be the first in a series of three penguin sculptures, and there will only be 10 sets created.  It is 9 inches tall and will be in bronze.

Here is your oppurtunity to bid on a truly unique piece of sculpture by award winning Utah artist, Mike Call. This piece, the first in a set of three which together will be entilted "Follow The Leader", was inspired by the Penguin encounter exhibit here at the living planet aquarium. Mike was fascinated by the unique and playful personalities of the Gentoo penguins. In this piece Mike is trying capture their playful and curious nature. "These penguins are incredibly fun to watch as they chase each other around, playing and diving. They are so energetic. I love the way they are always looking for new and exciting things to do. in this piece, I'm trying to capture that excitement which is so unique to Gentoo penguins."
