Come brew with us at The BottleHouse.  

You and as many as three friends choose a beer from our menu, and with our recipe, equipment and guidance, you become the brewer.  It takes about three hours to create your brew, and then two to three weeks to ferment.  When your brew is ready, come back to bottle your beer and take it home in 72-22oz. bottles, with your own label.  A batch is equivalent to 5 1/2 cases of beer.  It's fun, interesting and delicious.  

Look for the Bottlehouse Brewery, a brew-on-premises microbrewery, to open at 2050 Lee Road (between Ohio Savings and Elgin Furniture) in Cleveland Heights in Spring, 2011.
