The Space Mate E300 elliptical trainer is designed for folks who want a workout at home, but don't have room for a home gym.  The weight limit for this item is 250 pounds and it appears to be designed for a small or medium person.  Short stride, resistance controlled by +/- knob, shows time, distance, speed and calories digitally.  All assembled and appears to be in good working order.  Item was tested.  Looks barely used.
