The winning bidder of this auction item will have the opportunity to shadow a WTVC-NewsChannel 9 News Reporter for a day, beginning with the morning meeting, accompanying the reporter on assignment, the news gathering, and ending by observing the newscast(s) in which the reporter appears--a full day of experiencing exactly what news reporters do every day. The "News Reporter for a Day" must be age 18 or older to ride along with the reporter on assignment. Available dates are at the discretion of the management of WTVC-NewsChannel 9.
