Three Course Authentic Italian Tuscan Dinner will include:

Chef Willie of Sonoma, personal chef to private clients in California’s Wine Country and a 17-year veteran of fine dining restaurants, will show you how the Italians really eat  He will lead the class from his gourment kitchen.  Learn cooking from farm to table - everyday. From the antipasti platters of fresh vegetables, grilled bread and truffle-infused honey to the first course pasta, the secondo – which could be a wild boar ragout over a hand rolled “pici” pasta, a perfectly grilled “bistecca Fiorenta” or a braised meat and potatoes dish that will blow you mind with a super Tuscan wine, like a Brunello di Montalchino.  Then on to classic Italian desserts and espresso.  

Chef Willie will take you on a Italian-food guided tour at his hill-top home, 15 minutes from the Sonoma town square with views of San Francisco, Mt Tam and the San Pablo bay.
