You and your friends will join host and paddlers, Gina Benedetti-Petnic, Jim Petnic, Joanie Benedetti Claussen and Brant Claussen along with expert kayak guides from Clavey Paddlesports. A 6 hour trip starting on a calm spring morning at Nick's Cove (just north of Marshall) that will take us to Hog Island, White Gulch, Pelican Point, and other beaches where we encounter bat rays, leopard sharks, pelicans, egrets, harbor seals, Great Blue Herons, moon jellies, river otters, sea stars and many other marine creatures. Tule elk too! Learn about kayaking in Tomales Bay and its truly scenic and unique ecosystem poised over the geologically dynamic San Andreas fault. We’ll enjoy a gourmet picnic lunch by Preferred Sonoma Caterers. Includes group transportation to Nick’s Cove by your hosts. No kayaking experience necessary.
