 Have you ever wondered what it would be like to harvest and produce your own wine?  Wow, it must be your lucky day!  Do we have an adventure for you, and three friends!

Help harvest, sort, bottle and enjoy 2011 Farina Family Vineyards Chardonnay. 

The whole process will begin in September or October 2011.  Farina Family Vineyards in beautiful Glen Ellen is the setting.  Harvest normally starts early in the morning and lasts into the day.  When we're done picking we will proceed to Tres Sabores Winery in Saint Helena for sorting, pressing and light lunch under the olive trees.

Your grapes will be at home at Tres Sabores Winery for the next seven months.  This is where the transformation from grape juice to fine wine is orchestrated by winemakers, Julie Johnson and Jon Engelskriger.  In late May or June 2012 you will participate in bottling this wine.  The day will conclude wth a " Bottling Party" including a barbeque by Chef Carlo, owner of Farina Family Vineyards.  To complete this package,  each of you will recieve a case of personally labeled Farina Family Vineyards Chardonnay.
