This certificate entitles the bearer to a private consultation to discuss your needs and concerns, a gentle chiropractic exam to find out what's wrong and any necessary x-rays to fully understand your condition.  This also includes your second visit, a Report of Findings which will explain everything in detail to find out how chiropractics can help you (a $263 value).  If chiropractic care is recommended, bearer is also entitled to the first adjustment (a $55 value).
