Unique purple handcrafted felt vessel in Hendersonville, NC.

Felt is considered the oldest known textile dating back to the Rion & Bronze Ages and credited to the Nomadic peoples of Central Asia. Felt was, and still is, used for their tents, carpets, decorative items and clothing.

This vessel was created using a technique of felting over an inflated ball and is done by hand (no washing machine or dryer involved).
