If you're a local association or realty brokerage, this class is the perfect opportunity to train up to 15 REALTORS on special state programs that can help you get more buyers into their first home. The “Financing Dreams” course provides in-depth coverage of the NC Housing Finance Agency’s programs, including:
- FirstHome Mortgage
- Downpayment Assistance (up to $8,000)
- Mortgage Credit Certificates (provides annual tax credit)
This class provides 4 hours of core credit towards the NC Workforce Housing Specialist certification program. It also provides 4 hours of elective continuing education (CE) credit for NC REALTORS.
Special Instructions
This offer is for one(1) 4-hour CE Financing Dreams class located in any city within North Carolina for 15 attendees. Attendees above 15 will incur a cost of $15 each. The class must be scheduled with NCHFA at least 15 days prior to the date that the class will be held. This offer expires May 31, 2011.
